Monthly meetings are scheduled for the first Monday of each month at 6 pm – location of meeting will be announced. All members are welcome to attend. Any additional items for discussion outside of the Board’s agenda will be limited to 2 items.  Please contact Michelle Lewis at least 10 days prior to the meeting for the discussion items to be included.  Open discussion on the outside agenda items will be limited to 5 minutes each. Minutes will be available to members by request only.

Annual Meeting

The Annual membership meeting is scheduled for March 6, 2023, 6:00 pm at the Clubhouse.  The meeting will include election of board members.  To attend the meeting and be eligible to vote your membership must be paid and approved by February 14th, 2023.  If you are interested in a board position contact Michelle Stover by February 1st, 2023, at 308-237-2372.
