Fort Kearny Shooting Sports Assn.

The overriding goal of FKSSA is to provide a safe and diverse facility that will allow memorable outdoor experiences in nature to a wide variety of people of varying skill levels, and provide area youth with access to more Hunter Education programs and training for safety and accuracy. 

Range Hours

Summer hours start on March 13th and continue until November 4th.  We are open:

Tues. thru Thur. 4-9:00 pm.

Sat. 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Sun. 1–5:00 pm.

Mon. and Fri. – CLOSED

All hours are Weather Permitting.

Monthly Meetings

Annual Yearly Meeting with monthly meeting to follow, October 5th, 6pm – Location of Meeting will be at the Clubhouse at 115th and Poole Ave. All members are welcome to attend. Any additional items for discussion outside of the Board’s agenda will be limited to 2 items.  Please contact Michelle Stover at least 10 days prior to the meeting for the discussion items to be included.  Open discussion on the outside agenda items will be limited to 5 minutes each. Minutes will be available to members by request only.

Special Events

Book your special events now!!! Fort Kearny Shooting Sports Complex is a great place to have a Family Reunion, Corporate Shoot, Fund Raising Event, or a Wedding Party. Our Clubhouse can accommodate up to 90 people and comes equipped with a full service media system and kitchen. Outdoor shooting opportunities include Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays, 5-Stand, and Rifle/Pistol Range. Please contact us today to book your event! 308.627.6347 and leave a message.

Fort Kearny Shooting Sports Association Outdoor Skills & Youth Development Facility is a component fund of the Kearney Area Community Foundation, your gift will be tax-deductible. In accordance with Federal Tax law, the Kearney Area Community Foundation affirms it has not provided any goods or services in consideration, in whole or in part, for the this contribution.
